6. Can you print both the label and the box for peptide packaging?

7. Do you provide design assistance?

Yes, we do. Our in-house graphic designers can help you refine your layout, adjust colors, or create a professional label design from scratch. You’ll receive a digital proof before printing to ensure everything looks perfect.

8. What file formats do you accept for peptide label artwork printing?

We accept all major design file formats, including original editable AI, PDF, PSD, ESP, SVG and EXTREMELY high-resolution PNG/JPG. If your file isn’t clear enough for printing, our design team can help make it print-ready without extra cost.

9. How do I get a price quote for my custom labels?

You can simply contact us via email or our online whatsapp window with your label size, peptide names, quantity per name, effect preference, ,and design file (if available). We’ll reply within 24 hours with a detailed quotation and turnaround time.

10. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer safe global shipping to over 30 countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and across Europe and Asia. All shipments are securely packaged to protect labels from moisture or damage during transit. Most importantly, we also offer the pre-tax paid service, then you can just wait for your package in your place, nothing to do for Custom Clearance.

11. What if I don’t have exact label measurements?

No problem! Just tell us the vial size (e.g., 2ml, 3ml, 10ml) or send a photo,it would be better if you can ask your vial supplier for a detailed data and we’ll help you determine the best label dimensions. Our team ensures your labels fit your vials perfectly - no overlaps or gaps.

1. What is the exact material composition?

Facestock: 2.0 mil High-Durability White Polyester (PET).
Adhesive: Acrylic-based Permanent Cryogenic Adhesive (CRA-100).
Liner: 40# Glassine.
Certification: Full Safety Data Sheets (SDS) confirming chemical compliance are provided.

2. What are the precision requirements for label dimensions (length, width, curvature)? Please provide the tolerance range.

Standard dimensions are 20x42mm. We guarantee a tight tolerance of±0.15mm for length and width, along with custom curvature calibration for each vial diameter.

3. Can these labels withstand extreme temperatures (Cryo/Autoclave)?

Yes. Our material is certified for vapor-phase liquid nitrogen (-196°C) and (- 80°C) freezers. It also resists autoclaving at 121°C for 20 minutes without peeling or degradation (Test Report available).

4. Do the inks and materials meet safety and environmental standards (RoHS/REACH)?

Yes. All low-migration UV LED Curable inks are certified RoHS and REACH compliant. Declarations of Conformity (DoC) are provided.

5. What are the adhesive strength and curing time?

The Peel Strength is 7.5 N/inch (PSTC-101 Standard). The label reaches 90% of its final bond strength within 24 hours at room temperature(22°C).

6. What is the ESD/Anti-Static performance?

The label liner features an anti-static coating, and the face stock has a Surface Resistivity of 109Ω to 1011Ω , compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.

7. What are your QC and defect control standards?

We use an in-line vision inspection system (AVT) for 100% defect detection. We adhere to an AQL 1.5 Major / 4.0 Minor standard (MIL-STD-105E).

8. What is the label release force control range?

The release liner is controlled for smooth dispensing, maintaining a release force between 20 to 35 gf/25mm, optimized for high-speed auto-labeling equipment.

9. Do you have experience with GMP/FDA compliance?

Change Control SOP: Any changes to material, process, or production location trigger our formal Change Control SOP (CC-005). We provide a minimum of 90 days and require formal written approval from the customer's QA/Procurement team before implementation.

13. How do you handle quality issues (CAPA)?

We initiate a formal Root Cause Analysis (RCA). A detailed CAPA report (including containment, correction, and prevention actions) is provided within 15 work days.

14. What is your annual capacity and surge capability?

Our annual capacity is 640 million labels for all material type. We can increase production by +30% with a 72-hours notice for surge demands.

15. What is the cost and lead time for sampling/prototyping?

Sample can be offered FREE if you pay the bulk in advance. Sampling lead time is 2-5 work days from final artwork approval, depends on the material, finishing etc.

We offer inventory services, including FREE storage (up to 1 year) and a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) program to hold safety stock.

17. How do you ensure price stability despite material volatility?
